About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Sweden-Hong Kong-Beijing(69hours)-Hong Kong-Bangkok

Hi! Me and my family is from Sweden and we will travel to Hong Kong 22/12. We will fly from Hong Kong to Beijing on 27/12. The 30/12, we travel from Beijing to Hong Kong. We will be in Beijing for 69 hours. When we come to Hong Kong we will change plane to fly to Bangkok.
Are we qualified for the 72 hrs free transit in Beijing?

Hi, you won't qualified for the 72 hrs free transit in Beijing for HK-Beijing-HK is not a transit. You are supposed to apply for a visa for that beforehand.
