About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

can i get out of the airport?

HI,
i am travelling from paris, France to sydney, australia, with a layover of 11 hours in XIan airport, can i get out of the airport anc come back via the 72 hours free transit ?
travelling on a lebanese passport, with a schengen visa from france and an australian one.

Hi, Bachar, you are not able to use 72 hours free transit, but as your layover time is 11 hours, you can make use of 24 hour direct transit in Xiamen, and no visa is needed. You should apply for a free temporary stay permit at the immigration office when you arrive at the airport, then you can leave there to explore the city. Nice trip!
