About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Arriving in Hangzhou, staying 48 hours, leaving for Tokyo, do I qualify? (via flights, same airport)

I arrive in Hangzhou and will stay for 48 hours and leave for Tokyo from Hangzhou. Will I quality for the 72-Hour Free Transit in China? (via flights, same airport in Hanghzou)
