About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Landing at 00.30am on 6th, leaving at 03.00am on 9th?

Hello,
I am landing at Beijing 00.30am on 5th November and my outward flight is scheduled at 03.00am on 9th. This is the first time I read about the "Beijing exception" on the 72hrs visa. I will be staying 74-75hrs totally, can I still qualify or not?
Is there an option to get the incoming stamp 3 hours later /or the outgoing stamp 3 hours earlier (arriving at the airport and going through customs earlier)?

Thank you

You risk being denied boarding at your origin. Beijing currently has a strict 72 hours from scheduled arrival time to scheduled departure time. Your options are to change your flights, get a visa, or add in a side-trip from Beijing to (for example) Hong Kong.
