About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Is 72 hour visa free period determined by the time you are out of the airport or flight schedule?

That is the time of the in coming flight landing and the next flight leaving

No, 72 hours will be counted from the moment you get the transit permit. Not the time your flight schedule.
