Hi. I guess the place of Jiangsu is just Nanjing, right? If so, you can get to Hangzhou from Shanghai. If you will not stay in Shanghai for a whole, you can catch the direct airport bus to Hangzhou. If not, you can take bullet train to Hangzhou (1.5 hours). Hangzhou North Bus Station has buses to Nanjing via expressway and the whole journey is 4 hours. Nanjing has one bulle train to Qingdao, it leaves at 9:45am and get there 7 hours later. The only train will take over 12 hours. Recommend take bullet train from Qingdao to Tianjin, only 4 hours, change to intercity bullet train to Beijing in 30 minutes.
