I'm arriving at 00:30 to PVG, what could be the best way to get to the Holiday Inn Shangai Downtown?

U may take night shuttle bus to East Yan'an Road Middle Zhejiang Road. Then take a taxi to your hotel at a cost of around CNY20. BTW, the night bus will operate till 45min after the arrival of the last flight.
