China study visa and hepatitis b

Dear all,
i have applied for x1 student type for china but suddenly it came to know that i am suffering in hepatitis b , but physically i am fit and healthy person, please let me know that in china the will do the medical and after found the hepatitis b they will deport me or not ????? please need brief answer
