About:China Transit Visa

Do I qualify for the 24 hour direct transit, my layover is 15 hours in two cities

Hello, I am an American citizen on my way home to the United States from the Philippines, and I have a 11 1/2 layover in Hong Kong airport, then I am scheduled to fly to Beijeng airport with another 4 hour layover. Do I qualify still for the 24 hour direct transit for both cities, or would I have to have to apply at both locations?

Tracy, you can enjoy free entry to HK, so you don't need a visa for HK. You will qualify for the 24 hour direct transit in Beijing as long as you will travel like Philippines-HK-Beijing-US. But if your route is Philippines-HK-Beijing-HK-US, you need a visa for Beijing then.
