is it possible to get it if i buy around 2 pm? as i have plan to go there in the afternoon.

As I know, the tickets must be bought online now. You can also buy it through scaning the QR code on the spot, but it's only available when there are tickets left. So you need to go there early. Or you need to book the ticket online.

I visited it on October 17th (ten days ago) and it was still possibile to buy ticket on site.
