Do Chinese require a transit visa for Hong Kong flying from Finland to HK and transit to mainland?

Do Chinese Nationals require a transit entry permit for Hong Kong flying from Finland to Hong Kong and transit directly to Shenzhen? If so, how to get the transit visa?

Hi, maybe you can enjoy 7 days free entry in HK if you will travel like that, so you don't' need a transit visa for HK if the layover time in there is not more than 7 days.
