About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Germany - Vietnam (13 Days) - China (Shanghai 3 Days) - Germany

I am a German passport holder and will be flying from Germany to Hanoi via Moscow (only transit) for 13 days. On my way back I will be flying to Shanghai for three days to visit a friend before returning to Germany via Moscow (only transit).
Does this itinerary qualify for 144 hour free transit?

You don't need a visa. Hanoi-Shanghai-Russia on non-stop flights and a German passport clearly qualifies for 144 hrs transit without visa in Shanghai.
