From Seoul to Vancouver transfer in Beijing short layover time and immigration.

I am flying Air China from Seoul (ICN) to Vancouver (YVR) transfer plane in PEK terminal 3. Layover time is 1 hour 15 minutes. Do I have to reclaim my luggage and go through custom immigration desk?

No, you don't need to reclaim your luggage, but it is regulated that it is a must to pass through the immigration transfer desk at PEK.
