About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Visa application in a third country.

Hi, I am an English and is on Holiday in Malaysia where I have relatives and friends. My British passport have proof of my frequent travel to Malaysia and can I apply for my China entry permit in Kuala Lumpur?
