Q1 visa to go back to China

I am Filipina married to a Chinese National.I got q1 type last year and we applied for resident permit for foreigner.I am now in the Philippines because I gave birth and planning to go back to china on november but my resident permit is valid until oct 19 2017.My question is, what type should i get this time to go back to china?Thank you.
