Visit allowed

Dear I want to know if I have invitations from a company based in shanghai and my flight also from my country to shanghai return trip but I'm my time of visit to China I want to visit canton and one of other company do I need to get extra invitations or it's OK with same visa to shanghai I can visit anywhere in China?
