About:China Transit Visa

Philippine has long layover in Shanghai

Hello. I hold a Philippine Passport and have a long layover (24hours) in shanghai. Im just wondering if i need to apply for transit visa upon arrival? or do i need to apply thru embassy? How much will it cost? Thank you so much.

If you travel like country A-Shanghai (24 hours)-country B, you will qualify for the 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai. No need to apply for a transit G type then.
