About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

DXB- PVG- HKG- DXB

Hello,

I am looking at going from DXB where I live (I hold a UK passport) to Shanghai for 5 days and then via Hong Kong for 1 day and back to Dubai. Will the 144 transfer visa cover me?
