About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 transfer visa with stopover in Hongkong

Hello,

Is it possible to fly from Amsterdam to Hangzhou with stopover in Hong Kong and before the 144 hours is finished fly back from Hangzhou to Amsterdam on a 144 hours free transfer?
Amsterdam- Hong Kong- Hangzhou/ Hangzhou- Amsterdam
Or do I need a tourist L in this case?

If you have a Netherlands passport and your Hangzhou-Amsterdam is non-stop then this is quite clearly fine and no visa is needed.
