Hong Kong transit visa for two days

I’m Shamal
I’ll travel to Australia my flight is Cathay airline.i want to two days stay Hong Kong and visit there what is the process

You should first prepare copy of passport, the application form, a passport-style photo, transportation and accommodation arrangement, and your travel plan for Australia. Next, submit the application to the embassy of China to apply for HK transit visa.
