If you hold through ticket, there is no need to reclaim your luggage. Since you will layover for 24h, you are qualified for 24h visa-free transit. No visa is needed. If u wish to get out of the airport, just apply for stay permit at the immigration. And you are suggested to check in 2h in advance in the next day.

I am confused, I was told by the call center that , I need to apply the 72 hrs free visa, my departure from Washington DC is 15:35 , arrives is 18:35, they also said , I go down to pick up voucher for my hotel for the night. I will be checking out before 3:00 pm. Or may early.So, do I still have to apply the 72 hrs. Free visa?

My flight time is change arrival 18:55 , departure is 18:35 to Manila the next day. Do I apply the 72 hrs free visa or ,24 hrs. Thanks
