Red Stamp Invitation need to return

Hi, I got an invitation letter from China with Red Stamp by the Govt. Authority to visit CISMA. Unfortunately, I had to participate in a anther meeting and I was unable to visit China. Do i have to return that invitation back to China? Is there a legal procedure? Please let me know how I should send the invitation back. Thanks Prashanthi

Hi, personally I don't think you need to return that invitation back to China. You can juts tell them that you have to participate in another meeting and cannot go to China. And they will understand that, I guess.
