how do I take Metro or high speed train from the airport to JI Hotel Shanghai Railway Station West.

I presume you refer to Pudong Airport. Well, you can take metro line 2 and transfer to line 1 at People’s Square, and then get off at Railway Station from Exit 3. After that, walk south to West Tianmu Road, and walk west along the road for 5 minutes, you will see your hotel. It takes about 1 hour and CNY7.

Or you can take Shuttle Bus line 5 to Railway Station and follow the route above. It takes about 1 hour and CNY22.
