How to go from fenghuang to kaili ?

Is there direct bus ? Or is it faster/easier to transit (bus-train) in Tongren or Huaihua ?

No direct bus is available, so you need to have a transfer at Tongren.
Fenghuang to Tongren: the bus takes about 1h 30 minutes and CNY25.
Tongren to KL: it takes about 3hours and CNY90.
