About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 hour Chinese visa exemption rule

I am arriving from UK into Shanghai (PVG) at 09.30 on 26th Oct.then joining a cruise ship in Shanghai on 27th which leaves at 6.30 pm on 27th Oct.for Japan,Taiwan and Manila ,arriving in Hong Kong on 9th Nov. I then leave Hong Kong by air to UK on 11th NOV.
will I be exempt from getting a visa for China under the 144hour rule?

Hi, you can get free transit in Shanghai if you travel like that. No need to worry!
