Hello. I am currently residing in East Africa but I am Yemeni. Is it possible to get the student X1 in Tanzania while holding a Yemeni passport

Emile, I'm afraid it's rather difficult for you to get a student X1 type from the China embassy in Tanzania if you don't have residence permit there. But if you have that, you can try to do that.
