About:Couple's Retreat Garden

Algerian from Algeria Should get a Visa to enter Macau , or i can have one on arrival ?

i'am sam 24years from algeria, i'm going to visit hong kong, and i want to visit macau too, what i can do ?? can i have a VOA in the terminal ferry ???
