Can i issue Chinese visa from South Korea with Egyptian passport?

Hi, I am holding ordinary Egyptian passport, I will be in a business trip in South Korea from 7-October until 27-October, then I want to go to China in a business trip (training in my company's head quarter in China).
I couldn't issue Chinese entry permit from Egypt due to Chinese holidays next week, could I travel to South Korea then Apply on a Visa to China from Korea? (I have invitation letter from LG China)
