Can South African citizen get a 3 month tourist visa for china when in Vietnam?

Hello. I am a South African citizen. Is it still possible for me to get a 3 month tourist L for china while I am in Vietnam?

Usually, the duration of stay for L type is 30 days. Sometimes, you may be given 60 days or 90 days. It depends on the actual days you need, and the consular officers will give you proper duration of stay.
