About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144-Hour Visa Exemption

I'm travelling from Canada to Shanghai (stay for 3 days) and flying to Hong Kong(5 day stay). From Hong Kong, I'm visiting Japan for 4 days and going back to Shanghai for one day to catch my flight back to Canada.

Canada-Shanghai-HK-Tokyo-Shanghai-Canada for 2 weeks

Does it qualify for 144hr free transit?

Thanks
