Can I carry chewing tobacco and betel nuts (Indian pan masala) in to mainland China?

Yes, chewing tobacco is allowed. However, you should notice that one passenger can take no more than 500g chewing tobacco without declaration. In addition, only a small amount of betel nuts are allowed.
