About:China Visa Exemption

A vietnamese passport holder travelling to hong kong from singapore by plane.

I am travelling to hong kong from singapore by plane. And i do not have a hong kong entry permit. However, i wish to take the train to guangzhou (China) in which i have a visa to enter into the china. do i need an entry permit in this case, in which i am a vietnamese passport holder.

Hi, if you will travel like Singapore-HK-Guangzhou-HK, you need to apply for visas for both HK and Guangzhou. If you travel like Singapore-Guangzhou(less than 24 hours)-HK, no entry permit is required to Guangzhou. But you need to apply for one for HK in this case.
