About:China Work Visa

Non criminal background

In order to apply for the Z type the one should get the Non criminal background check and get it authenticated by Chinese Embassy, right?
Does it matter, if I have a record, but this record is not criminal? (I was summoned to army, refused, has been convicted and get this record)
Will this kind of background check allow me to apply for the visa?

Alex, first, you are right. One should get the non criminal background check and get it authenticated by Chinese embassy. Personally I don't think your background check record will influence your application, and you can call the embassy to confirm that. Good luck!
