Hi, my wife & I want to visit Zhangjiajie from 18/10/2017 to 22/10/2017. Is it a good time to visit?

Yes. October is one of the best seasons to visit Zhangjiajie. The sceneries are good and the weather is pleasant at that time. Just remember to avoid the National Day from Oct 01 to Oct 08 as there might be crowded at the site during holiday.1
