Is there a train that I can take over to Beijing after my trip ends in Shanghai? Is this train station near the Shanghai airport? I have heard that it is a 4 hour trip. At what times does the trains leave to go to Beijing?

There are high speed trains from Shanghai to Beijing and the trains are quite frequent. The high speed trains leave from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, which is near Hongqiao Airport. If you go there from Pudong Airport, you can take subway line 2. The train travel duration lasts from 5 to 6 hours.
