Don’t worry, you don’t need a visa to Macau & HK, since you can enjoy a 90 days free stay in both places.
As for transport, you are suggested to take a bullet train from GZ South to Zhuhai, which takes 1 hour and CNY90 for a first class seat, CNY70 for a second one.
After that, walk east for 10 minutes to Gongbei Port to finish the procedure to Macau.
Macau to HK: The ferries are available from 7:00 to 23:59 with interval of 15 minutes, which leave from Macau Ferry Terminal to Sheung Wan.
