Week visit from Cambodia (US citizen) to Shanghai 10/5/17

My friend from the States is on work assignment in Shanghai and wants me to visit for a week. Can I get a tourist L at the airport on arrival?

Rita, you cannot get the tourist L type upon arrival. You need to apply for it before your trip!
