About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

About 72 hour rule

I have a Turkey Passport but have Netherlands residence permit. I also have a schengen visa for 5 years. Can I travel Amsterdam-Shanghai-Hong Kong-Amsterdam using 72 hrs rule for China?

No. It's your nationality that's important, not your residency.
