Good day! Is it possible to apply for Hong Kong entry permit in Montreal, Canada if I am not a Canadian citizen? How long does it take?Thank you in advance!

It's possible for you to apply for Hong Kong visa in Montreal as long as you can meet all requirements, and you can try it. It usually takes four working days for the processing. If you application is posted to HK immigration department by the embassy or consulate, it will take 4 to 6 weeks and there is no express service.
