Turkish Passport 24 H TWOV

Is it possible to transit in Beijing with a Turkish passport. Coming from Munich (Lufthansa) going to Hong Kong (To be Booked).

Ozge, you cannot enjoy 24 HR TWOV, you need to apply for a visa for that beforehand.
