is it enough time to transfer fm t3 to t1 within 1:10 hrs, how can i reach on time?

Question

Our flight will arrive from JFK to PEK by Air China Flight no 982 on Sept 17 2017 06:20PM at T3, and transfer to T1 for PEK to YGN Air China Flight 905 at 07:30 PM.we have 1hours 10 mins lay over time.  Is it enough to catch the connecting flight?How can I reach on time and how can I go very fast to T1?

Since you will fly with Air China for both trips, all procedure can be finished in T3. Then you don't need to go to T1. Anyway, free shuttle bus is available between the terminals.
