Can I use the 72h free transit in Beijing?

My name is Sergio. I flight from Kuala lumpur (Malaysia) to BJ with "Air Asia Airline" on 26 october and later I flight from BJ to Malaga (Spain) with "Aeroflot Airline" on 28 october.

It depends on your nationality. If you are from one of the 50+ qualifying countries, you should be eligible for 72 hours visa-free transit in Beijing.
