AU-HKG-PVG-AU - 144 hour free transit at PVG Shanghai?

Hi
Travelling on an Australian passport from Sydney to Hong Kong (overnight) then to SH (4 days) before direct flight from SH to Sydney. Can I apply for a 144 hour free transit at PVG airport?
