Unsuccessful pre arrival register for Hong Kong

Hi I and my parents planning to visit Hong Kong this month, my parents pre arrival register has been successful and my pre arrival register has been unsuccessful and I applied directly to the immigration by sending documents, can you please tell me how many days they will take to issue visiting visa for 6 nights 7 days. As i am having only 2 weeks please reply, as my departure is on 28th this month from entry permit

Hi, as far as I know, if you post the application to HK immigration department directly, it still takes 4 to 6 weeks and there is no express service.
