Is this trip valid for 144 hour transit?

Hello,

I plan on flying direct to Pudong Airport from London, spend a few days in Shanghai and Hangzhou, then fly back from Pudong airport. The return flight stops in Russia, but I won't leave the airport - does this count as a valid third country?

Thanks :)

I am afraid your case doesn't suit the 144h visa-free transit and Russia won't be considered as the third country because you will only transfer there. If you travel in this way, a transit visa will be needed.
