About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

I am arriving in PEK on Air China from USA and continuing to Manila also on Air China

Do I need to go thru customs if I stay in AIR CHINA lounge or must I go thru customs anyway to get to my next AIR CHINA flight to Manila, Philippines?

Hey, you have to go through immigration transfer desk. The procedure is as follows:
Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Border Inspection - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Waiting & Boarding
