About:Mutianyu Great Wall

Is there any option to camp in or around Mutianyu?

Me and my husband will be arriving there by hiking from Xizhazi to Mutianyu during the week of 1st October. Afther a hiking day we won't return to Beijing yet, but spent the night in Mutianyu. To avoid the stress of booking a place to sleep, we have a tent. is there a possibility to camp there?

Well, I'm afraid that tourists are not allowedto camp inside the Great Wall Scenic Area. But you can go to Xiangshuihu Scenic Area, which is about 19km away from Mutianyu. Hope helpful!
