Hello there, no visa is needed as you are eligible for the 144h visa-free transit. If wanting to visit the city, you should fill in the Embarkation/Disembarkation Card Card on plane before landing. After getting to the airport, go to immigration counter to apply for a stay permit, with which you will be allowed to leave airport.
