Coming from Hong Kong with Australian passport and HKID card

Hi I have an Australian passport and HKID card. I dont have time to apply for China visa. Does that mean I can enter Hangzhou with my Australian passport?

Yes, if you fly Hong Kong-Hangzhou-another country (not Hong Kong and not China) on non-stop flights.
