About:China Transit Visa

Transiting 2 cities in China

Hi everyone I have an Indian Passport & I am travelling from TRV(India) to YVR(Canada) via CMB & KMG. The flight details says that it has a stop in NKG (Nanjing-China) while travelling from KMG to YVR. But the flight number is the same. So i am confused that do I need to take a Transit G or something?. The layover time in Kunming is only 8hrs.
Please help me.
Thanks

Jithin, if your total layover time in mainland China is less than 24 hours, you are eligible for 24 hr direct transit. No need to apply for a G type for that. Don't worry!
